New Rockin Memorabilia/Jukebox Event

New for May 2009

We are planning a new event for May 2009, this is not in competition with any other event.
Working with the stallholders we are aiming to present an event that we hope will capture the nostalgia of the time.
The sellers at this event will be there by invatition only, they will be the cream of the crop. Thier stalls will portray how much they care about presentation and quality.

We as the architects will promote the event to it's fullest using Radio Stations and the media to sell the show to the general public.
Once the final location has been decided we will send by either email or post full details including: Detailed drawings of the venue,the cost to you (square metre rate) which we belive will be very favourable, a comment sheet which we would like you to use letting us have your thoughts good or bad.

International Dealers

We would very much like to have dealers from overseas at this event, we realize that your travel cost do limit the amount of UK events you can travel to, so we are going to work out a special discount for you guys, more details as we get them.

Why May

After chatting to many sellers who do events on nearly a fulltime basis the month of May was most favoured, our event should not clash with any other of the same type. Buyer are most likely to have a few pounds in thier pockets with Christmas 4 months past and holidays not for most until June/July.

Deposits and Final Payments

Assuming all goes as planned and the event is confirmed the following will apply.

a) 10% deposit will be required 2 months before
the event.
b) Balance of amount owing will be required 1
month before the opening day, if paying by
cheque send a week earlier to allow cheque
to clear.

We will be setting up a Paypal facility so that folks can pay by Credit card, a link will be added to the web page once all details are sorted out.

Charity

If we make a reasonable profit 10% will be donated to charity.
